Just a few simple details and we can get you booked in! We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Amex) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed instantly and securely online through our website checkout.

Absolutely—bring the family along! Kids aged 6–12 get 30% off the adult tour price, while those aged 13 and up pay the adult rate. Bringing a little one aged 5 or under? Have a chat with us before booking so we can help you find the right KIX experience for your family. Just let us know your kids’ ages when you book, and we’ll help with the rest!

If you need to cancel close to your tour time, please reach out to us directly at info@kixtours.com or via WhatsApp/Zalo at +84) 375 537 997. We'll review your situation and do our best to assist you.
Refunds are handled according to our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we'll always work toward a fair outcome.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. The exact timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your tour, we do not charge any cancellation fee from Kix tours. However, please keep in mind that your bank or payment platform such as PayPal may deduct a small, non-refundable transaction fee, typically around 5%, which is outside of our control.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are subject to a full charge, though we're always happy to discuss special circumstances if you reach out to us directly.

No experience is required at all! You’ll ride as a pillion passenger behind one of our professional and experienced drivers. They have grown up with the flow of the traffic here and know the streets inside out! All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

Absolutely. Your safety and comfort come first on every single ride. All KIX drivers and hosts are licensed professionals who complete regular training in road safety, group riding protocols, and customer care. You can kick back and take in the city knowing you’re in safe, experienced hands from start to finish. In addition, our team is first-aid certified and undergoes regular training to handle any situation.

Absolutely. Your safety is non-negotiable. We provide clean, high-quality helmets for every single guest, your KIX host or driver will help you to make sure it’s fitted properly before we head out. If the weather turns, we also carry high quality rain ponchos to keep you dry and comfortable throughout the ride.

Absolutely! Most of our tours are family-friendly and welcoming across all generations. Because you ride comfortably as a pillion passenger with an experienced local driver, guests of all ages can enjoy the ride safely. Travelling with young kids or older family members? Just let us know your group’s details when booking or get in touch beforehand, and we’ll recommend the most suitable and comfortable tours for you. 

Yes! You're in safe hands with KIX. All guests are covered by our local partner, Bao Viet Insurance, offering coverage up to 200,000,000 VND per person for accidental injuries during the tour (excluding incidents resulting from a guest's own negligence). Please note that KIX Tours total liability in any case shall not exceed the insurance payout amount and the tour fee paid by the guest. While our local policy has you covered on the road, we always suggest travelling with your own comprehensive travel insurance. 

Rain rarely stops the fun! Weather conditions vary across Vietnam and tropical showers are just part of the adventure in Vietnam! Most rain is short-lived and rarely dampens a KIX tour. We come fully prepared with high-quality rain ponchos to keep you dry. Our experienced drivers are experts at navigating weather conditions and know these streets inside out, so they can duck into covered food stalls or coffee spots until the heavy drops pass. In fact, a brief shower often gives you an authentic, atmospheric slice of local life. Your safety is never compromised. In the rare event that extreme weather forces us to cancel, we’ll contact you as early as possible. If KIX cancels due to bad weather, you’ll have your choice of:

- Reschedule the same tour to another date free of charge
- Choose a different tour (tour price will be adjusted if necessary) 
- Receive a 100% refund of the tour price (less any bank transaction fees).

Please be aware that as we have canceled for your safety, we are therefore unable to cover any additional expenses, such as flights or accommodation. Our ultimate goal is always to provide you with a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience.
 

Right at your doorstep, we have the electric motorbikes! We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off at any hotel or location within a 15 km radius of the city centre. All you need to do is simply provide your hotel address when booking. If you need to double check or adjust your pick-up location, please message our team on WhatsApp or Zalo at (+84) 375 537 997.

Don’t panic, but please let us know via WhatsApp or Zalo at (+84) 375 537 997 as soon as you realise you're delayed. Our rides run on time out of respect for fellow guests and venue bookings, but our team will do our best to guide you to the next stop to join the tour. Please keep in mind that joining mid-tour might mean skipping one of the initial sights or tastings.

Absolutely! Your pick-up and drop-off can be at two completely different spots, provided both fall within our 15 km radius of the city centre. If you’d like to update the drop-off, please let us know your preferred location (Ideally in advance), or our KIX host will do their best to accommodate your request on the tour.

It can, and usually for the better - flexibility is key to a great experience! One of the perks of riding with a local host is their ability to adapt on the fly. Whether it’s navigating a sudden tropical shower by extending a tasty food stop, dodging heavy traffic, or catching an unexpected street festival, we adjust our timing to keep your ride seamless, safe and enjoyable.

Absolutely. Every tasty bite and drink mentioned on your itinerary is covered - from morning coffees and daytime street snacks to authentic local dishes in the evening. For our night tours, cold beers are also included at designated places. Your KIX host will ensure you are hydrated as we always carry chilled bottled water on all of our tours. You can relax and enjoy the whole experience with no sneaky hidden extras.

Absolutely. Vietnamese street food is very versatile and we make sure everyone eats well and enjoys the whole experience.. Please tell us about your dietary requirements or allergies during booking, and we’ll arrange suitable alternatives for you. Your KIX host is always there to verify the ingredients, keeping your experience safe and enjoyable. Please note: While we do our absolute best to cater safely, we cannot accept liability for allergic reactions if we aren't notified in advance, or if you choose to sample foods outside our advised tour menu.

All of our tours are family-friendly. While we may offer local alcoholic beverages as part of the experience, we always provide a variety of delicious non-alcoholic options for children and adults who prefer them.
